The spoons, they are totally chocolate spoons. It only took a few minutes to make a ton of them. We put cake decorations inside the molds first and used ribbon to tie the neck when cooled. Very cool! But I was thinking of fatter lips. I am already blessed, so what is my point? For more fuller lips? I felt it did not hurt to TRY to look like Pamela Anderson. I debated a $29.95 lip plumper for two months that I had seen on the internet. There are a few brands of lip plumpers, actually, and they all work the same way. Most claim to give you fuller lips for about 8 hours. When it arrived I hid it well and felt it was like porn or something. In fact, the box even looked like it could be! I was so embarrassed I waited a few weeks before I pulled the "Deluxe Lip Plumper" apparatus out...JUST BEFORE I WAS GOING TO FILM! I tugged and sucked away about ten times before I found out the results: Ladies, (or gents) if you want to appear like someone punched you in the mouth with tons of black and blue spots all over your mouth--be my guest. Also, if you have any aging lines, also be prepared for them to really be more noticeable. That is what I get for messing with what God gave me. Then I had everyone asking me if someone hit me? Because I was needing serious make up to cover those black and blue marks for a period of five days. It took five days to heal. I figure the breast enhancers work the same way, so I feel for anyone thinking to buy anything like this. As I said, all of the lip plumpers work the same way--they suck.

about lip plumpers brings me to this other epiphany. Do not use
make up unless you I have not used much make up over the last 20 years, and have generally great skin. I get a lot of comments about how nice my skin is. Usually. Now that I am filming, I must use facial powder. If I do not, I look like an oil slick with the lights and no one can focus on what I am even talking about. After we are done filming, I notice I go through a week of bad skin. I mean BAAAAAD. Black heads, pimples, and just very poor skin in general. I learned after I am done filming to really clean my face and steam all of that garbage out. The face powder. If I do not, I go through the teen cycle again. All make up does is CLOG YOUR PORES and encourage bad skin and then you need of their other products to "cure" the situation. If you can get a facial and go without make up for a good six weeks, you may notice you never need it again expect for special functions. I wish I could explain this to every teen out there who torments over this issue. BTW, I love Retin-A and wish I had that available as a teen. Normally prescribed, Retin-A, a derivative of vitamin A, does work to keep pores clean and heal damaged skin back to normal. My kids love it because when they do get a pimple, it helps bring that pimple out over a night or two and not a week or two. So, my daughters learned well from that, and never had to experience the make up issue I did as a kid. I typically get mine over seas from www.inhousepharmacy.com I am not sure they still sell it--because I bought a ton with no script a few years ago--but here is the site again. I did find it hard to believe you really can get some "scripts" without a "script" from over seas. Why? Because the rich lawyers write all of our laws and they build in stuff they know we will never have time to read and because we are working nine to five everyday. And if that is not enough--we do not have the money to "do Europe" once a year on the tab of a pharmaceutical company. This law is convenient for them, (as are most laws,) and is something like this: You can order a three month supply from over seas and it is legal. What is a three month supply in the mind of some people? Geez. That is MY interpretation, more so when I really did get my orders of Retin-A within 3 days from that company out of New Zeland. LeAnn is in Missouri and told me that is the only state she knows that will not allow packages. Since I need not step on toes, you can do your own home work. What does this have to do with good skin? Uh, not sure, but I find Retin-A great and I do not have time to go to a $300 dermatologist whose brother is a lawyer in DC. I just do the best research I can.

With hindsight, I wish I never endorsed the bread and soup diet. Even Atkins. I am not a diet buff. However, I did need to loose some 40 pounds I gained last year. Yep, that is why I was not filming a no new photos of me came out. I gained a lot being in and out of the hospital and bed ridden most of the year. Cured now, I did find it harder to loose such weight at age 42. Since I am an author--my "phenomenological" world does not promote weight loss. That is a big word I learned in Psychology that every person is very unique and to look at every factor in their life. What I learned about dieting is all to simple and does sting another billion dollar market. It started with the "Birmingham Diet." A one page diet my daughter brought back from college that we both went on. We did loose ten pounds in three days. It was purported to be from Birmingham Hospital and designed for pre-opt persons who needed to loose weight prior to surgery. I was going to write an article about it--until I researched the web and found out the Birmingham Hospital denies issuing such a fad diet. I respect that. They did mention the fad diet simply reverts back to careful calorie intake and that is why it appears to work. Below IS the diet I use. People are asking me for my diet. It is below and the important parts marked in purple. Mabel's Diet Returning to the notion of just reducing your calorie intake sounds hard. But it is not. Take it from the WORST self disciplined person on Earth. Moi. From this diet I learned to just have a cup of tea around at all times. Any kind of tea. I think the ritual of making tea helps keep you busy and this is one psychological component of why this works. Fluids are also excellent when trying to diet. So, for breakfast, lunch and dinner at minimum, I have a cup of tea. I make sure to drink decaf teas after lunch. They key to this diet--is if you can get past the first three days, you will be dancing a jig. You will feel you can do anything, finally. The first three days are a little hard, but just DO IT. After that, your stomach does not really think it needs anymore. It does adjust. Pay hundreds of dollars for "support" system and gimmicks for no good reason. I do not care. OK, I do care. For breakfast I have two eggs over easy made in olive oil, and maybe two slices of bacon. Better to cook bacon ahead if you are busy like me. Boiled eggs are great if you are on the run. For lunch I have a bowl of Grape Nuts. Yep! Even the box says it is great for diets. I read the box. I use Stevia to "flavor" my cereal. (More on that below.) A bowl of Grape Nuts will fill you up and it is good to have some fiber in your diet. For dinner, no later than 6:00 PM I have a six ounce grilled breast of chicken. I cheat here and there--no big deal if you stay true to the main theme. I have lost a true pound a day, if not more, and a total of 20 pounds in 20 days on my regimen. If I "cheat" it usually is 1/3 cup of Grape Nuts with Stevia. The main component of this diet is having lots of "teas" around and staying busy with chores and tasks. So, I am on a basic plan that allows me to vary from time to time--but at least I am on some kind of a plan. And it does work. This is just an easy way to list out a low calorie diet encouraging lots of fluid to eliminate the toxins in my body. I am to such a point now, food is no "big" deal and does not rule me. Exchange bad habits for good ones. In no manner am I a Doctor nor do I purport to know any of your health conditions. I am simply noting what works for me and you are reading my notes. Ready to raise some hell? Read below re Stevia.
Stevia Stevia. Stevia is a fine white powder that comes from a natural herb. Stevia powder is something like 300 times sweeter than sugar, no calories and all natural. Stevia is highly used in Japan and the Orient, Stevia is "banned" from the US as a sweetener and anyone who even writes a recipe book around this herb will see the Feds show up and actually burn the books. No kidding! It is all over the web as "Stevia" Too good to be approved?" Why? Because artificial sweetener companies freaked out to think they spent years of research and billions of dollars of marketing against a simple herb. Their lobby money makes damn sure you will never hear about it. Under pressure from the public, the FDA finally allowed Stevia to be sold ONLY as a nutritional supplement. Whatever the heck that is supposed to mean. So, as not to have Mabel's site knocked down or burned, I will leave you with those facts. Personally I love the stuff and just a pinch is all I use in my tea and such. I can tell no difference from sugar at all. Stevia can be purchased at most health food stores under what? Of course, the nutritional supplement section.

We never thought about this. So, there will be three categories of

The last
three things I
need to announce is the
Yes, I will take
credit and heat for this one. I am not normally vain, and perhaps
check the mirror once a day if I am lucky. But when I film I must
look my best. I pay a lady $8 to do my eyebrows, trust me, they
CAN give you a better form than you can on your own. I typically
wax my own and I find I just cannot be objective as another person.
Worth the $8 twice a month BY FAR. I also have to do my hair, and
nails and hope it does not rain for two days. That does not count
merciless dieting that I JUST perfected to painless as discussed in this
issue. 
MUST. I recall in high school a vicious
cycle of pimples, breaking them and using tons of make up to conceal the
issue. I did not realize the make up was the main issue to start
with.
I think the point of this entire
issue. Simple is better and less is more. Everything has an
exception, chocolate would be mine. Even seeing the tons of
chocolate arrive at Mabel did get old fast. I was concerned I
would go back wards in my efforts to loose weight. Not true.
I actually gleen satisfaction knowing 100 pounds of dark chocolate are
near by and I do not want it. Here and there, fine.
