About Mabel's Hair Conditioner Pearls: Conditioning Emulsifier Remarkably effective emulsifier, thickener, and conditioner for hair or skin care products. Naturally derived from Colza oil and is noted for its exceptional mildness. This Emulsifying Conditioner offers innovative properties to formulations by giving body and thickness to emulsion systems. Recommended use levels are 5-10%. Instructions: Heat 1/4 of a glass of your water solution in the microwave with your entire .025 percent of pearls, or more depending on the consistency you are after. Make sure your water part is already hot as you pour it over yeas pearls, and prior to any microwaving. Stir well. Heat only 15 seconds and the mixture will bubble up. Remove with mitts, stir gently and add the remainder of your hot water solution in. You may need a separate and larger bowl to do this. Add any additives, stir well and pour into containers. Wait 24 hours and you will see a much thicker and ready to use product. 1/2 pound used at 5% makes 160 ounces of conditioner. Our Noodles can be combined with other surfactants to make an elegant creamy shampoo and body wash. They can be used as the only surfactant in a cream or solid bar cleanser.
